Residential Architecture
Our major activity, both in the Architectural Projects and in the real-estate Promotion has been the accomplishment of Residential construction.
Both housing at height and single-family housing.
Author's Housing
One of our services is the creation of housings of single design, of contemporary style with utilization of materials of last generation and new systems of facilities, especially in the energetic saving. Our housings are only for special clients who look for something different.
Singular Architecture
From the beginning of our path we have grown contributing new architectural solutions. Also our clients have given us the opportunity to realize singular designs, so much in residential, commercial, religious building or enclosedly ephemeral architecture with the possibility of managing to be constructed in a nearby future by the implantation of new constructive systems and metamaterials.
Design of Interiors
In the majority of our projects we realize also the design of the interior spaces. In residential we create fluid spaces and adapted to the needs of modern life. In the buildings of work or playground we do that the light is the protagonist of natural or artificial form, creating "alive" buildings that interact with the users of natural and kind form.
Major Projects
In the last five years we have realized projects considered like "big", so much like for his importance as for his destination and situation. We have realized orders in many countries, as Equatorial Guinea, Dominican Republic, Russia or Brazil, and in these moments we start preparing to do similar projects to us in Spain, for big Corporations, international Investment funds or Promoters of the first level.
